What we collect
When you sign up for our mailing list, we collect the email address you provide [and your name, if you enter it]. We use this only to send occasional email updates about Wender Collective's projects, performances, and events.
Our site is hosted on Squarespace. When you visit, Squarespace may automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, and may set cookies for site functionality and analytics. How we use your information
We use your email address solely to send our newsletter and event announcements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How we send email
We send eblasts using Squarespace Email Campaigns. Your email address is stored and processed on Squarespace's platform for this purpose. Squarespace acts as our service provider and processes data on our behalf.
Your choices
Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending you eblasts.
Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us at [admin@wendercollective.org]. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Data retention
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, after which we delete it from our active mailing list.
Children's privacy
Our site and mailing list are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with a new effective date.
